The Accounts Receivable Assistant will be responsible for:
- Raising sales invoices, refunds, and credit notes
- Cash allocation
- Reconciliations
- Query resolution
- Escalating overdue payments
- Monitoring customer credit limits
- Maintaining accounts receivable records and files.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Supporting the Accounting & Finance team with administrative tasks.
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Accounts Receivable Assistant should have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- AAT L2 or above (desirable)
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of accounting regulations and standards in the life science industry.
