The Accounts Receivable Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Raising sales invoices, refunds, and credit notes
  • Cash allocation
  • Reconciliations
  • Query resolution
  • Escalating overdue payments
  • Monitoring customer credit limits
  • Maintaining accounts receivable records and files.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Supporting the Accounting & Finance team with administrative tasks.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Accounts Receivable Assistant should have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • AAT L2 or above (desirable)
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting regulations and standards in the life science industry.
