Logistics Coordinator is required on a permanent basis for a Logistics provider, based in Dyce.

As Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for organising the movement of freight.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Organising the import and export of cargo.
Completing customs entry in the HMRC systems.
Monitoring and managing cargo movements to destination.
Providing professional advice and support to existing and potential customers.
Ensuring compliance with all appropriate legislation and regulations governing the movement of cargo and the documentation relevant to it.
Maintaining high standards of professional and technical knowledge through training, teamwork, and an awareness of market developments.
Participating in any out of hours duty, or overtime, arrangements as determined by your Branch Manager or Operations Supervisor.
Assisting in the general management and administration through the processing of invoices, paperwork, filing, and the resolution of any claims and/or enquiries.
