Headquarters:
Swansea but can work remotely


Commission Split:
Negotiable,
up to 80% dependent on experience.
For senior positions, this could be more.

OTE differences in commission:
A typical £30,000 per annum commission turnover could take home £3000 per year more with our splits.

As our Protection Adviser, you will have the chance to work with state-of-the-art tools and software, enabling you to deliver unparalleled advice and solutions to our clients.

• We understand the importance of flexibility and worklife balance. Therefore, this role offers the option to work remotely or utilise our brandnew office, currently under development in Mumbles, Swansea._

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert protection advice to clients, understanding their financial goals, and recommending suitable mortgage products. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial circumstances to determine affordability and risk profiles. Research and stay uptodate with mortgage market trends, products, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies and processes to enhance our service offerings.
• Utilise our advanced technology platforms to maximise efficiency and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Protection Adviser, preferably in a fastpaced and clientfocused environment.
• Strong knowledge of Protection & Insurance products, regulations, and the broader financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in utilising technology platforms and software to enhance productivity and client service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
• Understand the need of being compliant and abiding by our own and FCA rules on conduct and integrity.

Negotiable Commission Split.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
