Description
As a Team Leader you will be working in their Remortgage Side of the Business and will have the below responsibilities

Motivate and lead the team to ensure that an excellent service is delivered to clients and third parties

Probation Reviews, appraisals and progression plans

Performance management processes

Provide coaching and mentoring

Assist with the recruitment process and training new starters

Help with the teams caseload when necessary

Working closely with third parties to ensure service level agreements are being met

Profile
Previous Team Leader Experience

Highly professional and experience of working within a volume case management environment

Ability to drive a number of projects and customer level agreements

Focused on results and target driven

Able to handle pressure and tight deadlines
