My client, an innovative UK based Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Civil, Structural and Infrastructure Engineering, is searching for an Assistant Flood Risk Consultant to join an established team of Engineers based in Northampton.

This rolecan also offer remote working.


It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background in a relevant discipline including a BSc/BEng and/or MSc/MEng in Hydrology, Geography or Civil Engineering and experience working for a UK based Consultancy completing flood risk assessments,drainage strategies and design.

It is beneficial for applicants to reside locally and have experience completing transport assessments or statements.

Applicants will also be supported to complete the following;

  • Flood Risk Assessments for flood zones 1,2 and
  • Surface Water Management Plans.
  • Drainage Strategies.
  • Drainage Area Planning.
  • Drainage Design.
  • Transport Assessments and Statements.
  • Travel Plans.
