What are the key ingredients needed for the role?

You will need previous experience working with a catering facility. Preparing, cooking and serving food to customers. Ideally you would have a current level 3 food hygiene certificate, Allergen training and a catering qualification.

What does your typical day look like?
You will be running the Nightshift canteen service working 21:00 to 05:00 Monday to Friday. Preparing, cooking and serving customers hot food, chilled snacks and juice. Cleaning as you go, re-stocking vending machines.

Other key actions will be but not limited to:
