Johnston Fuelcards, part of Johnston Fuels have an excellent opportunity for a Telesales/Sales Advisor role based at any one of our Depots in Scotland.

Johnston Fuelcards has a reputation for exceptional service to the whole of the UK. Providing flexible fuelling solution's to a wide variety of customer's.


The job would entail making sales, market products and services by phone, support incoming customer calls and make outgoing sales calls, maintain thorough understanding of products and services, process sales and meet sales targets.


Reporting to the Manager you will call businesses across the UK and discuss the benefits of our Fuel Cards, additional products and services.

You will be fully trained in all products we offer, which enables you to be an expert and guide customers to the correct product that suits their business requirements.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell products and services
  • Answer questions about product specifications and pricing
  • Upsell additional products and services
  • Explain product pricing and negotiates bulk or package pricing
  • Accurately and efficiently enter customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes
  • Coordinate with networks and customers to order/process card orders (Renewal and Adhoc orders)
  • Maintain a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
  • Accurately and efficiently enter customer information into the company database for mailing and billing purpose
  • Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback
  • Take incoming customer calls
  • Maintains working knowledge of products and services sold and keeps current on industry developments by reading current news or attending workshops
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft. (Word, Excel etc.)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Punctual and reliable
This role would suit someone who is willing and motivated. The role will be varied and will require someone with a can do attitude.


Hours:
Monday to Friday


Salary:
Negotiable
