The Role:

You will join a close-knit and high-performing Corporate team as an Associate in the firm's Manchester office.


Day to day, you will handle a varied diet of high-value M&A and private equity transactions, with a high level of client contact and 1:1 mentorship from a leading partner.

This will not only allow you to develop your technical ability, but your commercial and rapport-building skills, giving you the tools you need to progress your career.

Requirements:


  • As a guide, this role would suit a Corporate Solicitor between 5 years PQE
  • Experience handling M&A and private equity deals (with partner support)
  • Comfortable in a client facing role
  • Have a desire to develop your skills and progress your career.
