As a Multitrader, you will utilise your expertise across various trades to deliver high-quality services to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and be part of a reputable company.


Responsibilities:

Undertake a range of multitrade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting, and general repairs.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
Follow specifications and instructions to ensure the desired outcome is achieved.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Demonstrate good time keeping


Requirements:


CIS registered:
You must be CIS registered or willing to become registered.

Proficient in multiple trades:
Demonstrable experience in carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting, and general repairs is essential.

Own tools:
Possess a comprehensive set of tools required for various tasks.

Reliable transportation:
Have your own vehicle to travel to and from job sites.

Attention to detail:
Take pride in delivering work of the highest quality and pay attention to the finer details.

Time management skills:
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently.

Excellent communication:
Clear and effective communication skills to interact with team members.
Problem-solving abilities: A proactive mindset to identify and resolve issues that may arise during projects.
