Asset Surveyor


Salary:
£34,088.32 per annum rising to £35,882.44 per annum upon successful completion of probation

Location: 199 Lower House Lane, Croxteth, L11 2SF


This role is key to the delivery of high-quality Asset Management contracts including but not restricted to responsive repairs, voids, planned & cyclical maintenance for approximately 6000 properties in the Norris Green, Croxteth & Fazakerley area of Merseyside.

As an Asset Surveyor you will be professionally accountable for project managing a wide range of asset management contracts ensuring our stock is maintained to a high standard, is safe and meets all legislative requirements.

The closing date for the position of Asset Surveyor will be Sunday 26th February 2023.
