    Description

    This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner to take on a leadership position at Red Bus Nursery and Preschool.

    We are seeking a qualified Room Manager to lead our baby suite, working with a team of Assistant Managers and Lead Practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education to our 0-2 year old children.

    As a key member of the nursery management team, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development.

    You will have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and 3 years post-qualification experience, with a strong track record of delivering excellent outcomes for young children.
