The Role

This role requires you to work to a night shift pattern which includes weekend shifts.


You must have a good general education and be willing and able to undertake relevant training up to Diploma Level 3 for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.


You will work under the direction of the team leader or shift coordinator to ensure quality, safe and effective care of each young person.

We are offering:

  • A starting salary of £21,575 to £21,968 (full time figure quoted). This figure excludes our single premium rate (SPR) payment which enhances your salary for unsociable hours and weekend working.
  • Access to the Local Government Pension Scheme (or other pension scheme)
