Our client is a leading provider of broadband services based in London.

They have completed several key acquisitions in the past year, with secure investment and experienced senior management team in place to deliver on significant growth projections.


Job Overview


Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Finance, the purpose of this role is to own and develop key planning, funding, and appraisal models, in order to ensure delivery of operational performance and to support capital market funding.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Long-

Range Planning Model:
Running and improving the company's twenty-year forecasting model; continuously challenging inputs and updating for latest performance trends.

  • ROI Modelling: Assessing the financial viability of fibre deployment and M&A projects at multiple checkpoints in the operational journey.
  • Capital Expenditure Prioritisation: Working alongside the operations team to ensure reviews of company pipeline for future fibre network builds are carried out with accurate data to hand.
  • Debt Covenant Reporting & Forecasting: Ensure compliance with the covenants of the company's debt facility, and ensure any potential risks are known and mitigated.

  • Wider Finance Team including CFO and Commercial Finance team
  • Strategy team
  • Main Parent Company, Macquarie Capital
  • Business Stakeholders

Required Key Skills (Functional/Technical):


  • Strong modelling experience essential, including sensitivity analysis, cash flow modelling, complex customer dynamics, and live updates
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to articulate data to senior audiences preferred
  • Understanding of corporate structuring
Hybrid working available - 2 days minimum on site per week (Southgate)
