Location:
Leicester/Sheffield with hybrid working Salary: £22,000pa


We are looking for a proactive and organised Graduate to join our Sales, Real Estate team working out of Sheffield, on a 2 year programme.


The successful applicant would play an increasingly active role providing customers and introducers with a point of contact for all lending enquiries and to provide full administrative support to the Regional Director.


We would support in your development and growth to gain a broad understanding of the Sales activity undertaken by the bank, within Real Estate Finance.

About you
For this role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in an admin role in an office environment.
  • Experience of supporting business development teams and sales activity, preferably in a related industry would be ideal.
  • Financial and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across the team.
  • Excellent communication, time management, planning and organisational skills.
