The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for an admin assistant for our client based in Lenham, Kent.


Requirements for the role:


  • Transport administration experience (beneficial but not required)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Telephone compliant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Job Roles include:


  • If possible, utilising previous transport administration experience.
  • Maintaining and updating records, databases and files.
  • Assisting with appointment management.
  • Assisting with general admin duties.
  • Maintain an organised environment.

Shift Pattern:

The standard working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00. However, there is some flexibility on the start time until 9am but are all required to finish at 17:00.


Pay Rate per hour:


  • £11.50 per hour
