Description

Due to internal progression, our client is looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join their team based in Cleckheaton.

This is an excellent opportunity with an established organisation and the role will be varied but duties will include:

  • Managing customer enquiries and general customer service.
  • Creating quotations.
  • Producing and processing sales orders.
  • Liaising with new and existing customer.
  • Managing new and potential sales leads for the team.
  • Proving administration support to the team.


As a Customer Support Administrator you will be an integral member of the team, supporting your colleagues and offering sales and administration assistance.

Applicants must have current customer service or administration experience and must be willing to learn new skills.


This is an excellent opportunity and will suit someone with a good foundation of administration skills who is looking for a new challenge.
