The Company
Our client is market leading specialist manufacturing group enjoying considerable growth.

They are looking to appoint a part-time Finance Manager to work closely with the Financial Controller overseeing all transactional finance and month end activities.


The Role

A newly created role due to their continued success, you will manage all transactional and financial accounting processes, providing all required information to the Financial Controller.


Duties will include:

  • Own the credit control and accounts receivable process and lead weekly credit control meetings to ensure debtor days are reduced and any issues resolved promptly
  • Cash allocation to the sales ledger and ensuring all sales invoices are raised and posted
  • Management of all accounts payable processes to include GRNI, supplier statement reconciliations and remittances
  • Track and oversee all international prepaid orders and prepare currency reports
  • Support month end activities preparing and posting journals
  • Assist with paperwork for the annual audit process
  • Assist with preparations of P11D and VAT schedules
  • Proven experience in a transactional finance role with solid experience of accounts receivable, credit control and general ledger ideally with some experience managing as you will be assisted by one report
  • Clarity in written and verbal communication and able to articulate financial issues in an easily understandable fashion
  • Confident and articulate in presentation
