Oxford Athletic are looking to fill 2 academy coach positions for the (22/23) season for their successful academy programme. The role will be term-time weekday evenings(Tuesdays 6pm-7pm and/or 7:15pm-8:15pm). Overtime may become available.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
To be the main contact for parents and players in your team.
To support in the delivery of quality football sessions based in Oxford.
To work with the coaching team to assist in the development of youths across Oxfordshire.
To work to high standards
To develop footballers holistically.
To provide monthly reporting on player development
To Consistently deliver professional coaching sessions of a high standard as part of Athletic Football Group.
To attend CPD events set out by the Company and other social events set out for your team
To lead in the running of your team on a match day.
To highlight players to recruit for the programme.
To provide feedback/coach reports for players to management and parents.
To provide monthly reviews of players to the academy coordinator
To report to the academy coordinator

Progressions
Job Type:
Casual Hours p/wk with optional, additional work in holidays. More or less hours can be discussed.
Required experience:
Football coaching: 2 years
Coaching in a grassroots club (Currently working with a grassroots club helps)
Required licence or certification:
FA Level 2 (UEFA B Desireable)
