What we are looking for:
Brand Ambassadors who will demonstrate a customer focus, act with integrity and demonstrate a can-do attitude.
The role of the Brand Ambassador is to provide a face-to face presence for our clients, often greeting customers and answering questions about products and services.
Brand Ambassadors are also responsible for providing regular feedback to managers regarding customers' questions and concerns.The successful applicant will be passionate about dealing with people, work well independently and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Brand Ambassador:
- Represent the brand in a professional manner facetoface, on social media, meetups, and events.
- Be available as needed to organise and attend public events.
- Available full time Monday to Friday.
- Able to commute to the Edinburgh City Centre.
- Have a passion for dealing with people.
- Excellent communication skills.
