Your role at a glance
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Head of Employee Experience and Change to join our team.

What you'll be doing

  • Creating and executing a comprehensive strategy to improve overall employee experience, adoption to change and value realisation.
  • Understanding the people impact of change associated with programmatic change that could be office space, Technology, and ways of working within the broader context of the business change agenda and the mindset and behaviours required to enable the change.
  • Navigating through complex change landscapes with multiple interdependent programmes and create seamless people centred change plans.
  • Driving change management strategies and plans that are tailored and personalised to maximise enablement and adoption. Developing change capabilities across HR and the business
  • Developing a human centred design approach and drive a culture of innovation across the business Challenge behaviours and perceptions to drive change in our people practices supporting delivery of priorities and create sustainable change in for our business and our people.   • Change & Employee experience is a constantly evolving area stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices. This might involve attending conferences and networking events, reading industry publications, and participating in online communities.
  • Partnering with the HR Directors, senior business leaders and HR Centre's of excellence to align and co create solutions that drive value in the business.
What we're looking for

  • Knowledge of methods, tools, formats and platforms, and the ability to look for new solutions that challenge the status quo when needed
  • Awareness of best practice approaches within the EX, culture and change and a desire to explore these in support of innovative solutions
  • Awareness of the business and markets we work with.
  • Awareness of what awesome experience design looks like in a range of industries, not just financial services, or learning.
  • Evidence of leading teams to deliver creative problemsolving solutions through design thinking and agile methodologies.
  • Experience across levels and geographies.
  • Evidence of userled experience design work that embeds and sustains behaviour change.
  • Experience of working with a diverse audience to deliver solutions that work across regions, roles, and levels.
  • Consulting and managing stakeholders to deliver impact and growth.
  • Collaborative working with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Working in Agile ways and employing Agile principles
  • Leadership of dispersed, diverse, and virtual teams.
  • Understanding of and ability to translate and set strategy.
  • Ability and willingness to understand and question regulatory or processbased challenges we might face.
  • Strong communication, coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Influencing stakeholders at a senior level to think differently about people development requirements and interventions
  • Ability to use different experience design methods and virtual tools to suit audience needs.
  • Able to embed, sustain and measure behaviour change because of your work.
  • Project and programme management from concept to delivery.
  • Developing strong relationships and networks to get things done
  • Able to prioritise work and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Typically, graduate level or corresponding experience with relevant professional qualifications
