Are you a compassionate and caring individual who loves making a positive difference in people's lives? We are seeking dedicated Live-in Care Assistants to join our team and provide excellent care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

We pay £840 per week + a paid food allowance. A paid residential training course taking place at Head Office in Kendal week commencing 25th September. A free DBS & ISA Adult 1st check and free accommodation & food allowance whilst working.

Responsibilities:

Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management.
Assisting with meal preparation, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
Performing light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
Offering companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations with clients, promoting emotional wellbeing.
Accompanying clients to appointments, social outings, and assisting with transportation needs.
Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervisor.
Assisting with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
Promoting and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for clients.
Adhering to all care plans and following established protocols and procedures.
Building strong relationships with clients and their families, fostering trust and open communication.

Requirements:

Previous experience in caregiving, preferably in a livein care setting.
Genuine passion for providing highquality care and support to individuals in need.
Empathy, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills to connect with clients of diverse backgrounds and needs.
Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to adapt to various situations.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while prioritizing tasks effectively.
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift, push, and pull as necessary.
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
