We're looking for a Trainee Site Operative to join our Telecoms team based in Leicester.Within this role, you can enjoy exposure to exciting major projects, progression opportunities, support in obtaining further qualifications, and even more.

Up to £26k per annum plus benefits & training
In this role you can expect to be fully trained on
- Advanced Climber including Tower Rescue
- RF (Radio Frequency) Awareness & Safety
- First Aid at height and Working at Height Medical
- Asbestos Awareness
- Manual Handling
- NRSWA Unit 2 (New Roads and Street Works Act)
- Rope Access
- MEWP (Mobile elevating work platforms)
Responsibilities
- Undertaking detailed test, inspection, and condition surveys of mobile phone mast installations and their associated equipment.
- Completion of minor remedial work when required under the supervision of a Team Leader.
- Participation in work at height to check the towermounted equipment and proprietary fall arrest systems.
- Producing detailed and accurate reports relating to inspection/survey and their release in a timely manner with photographic evidence.
