Our client, who operate in the technology space, are looking to engage a new Senior Learning and Development Manager on a permanent basis.

The business has been through exceptional growth which, as a result, as prompted change and transformation within the business and part of this is to ensure a succinct international approach to Talent, Learning and Development.

This role is responsible for the design, implementation and delivery of Learning and Development to build business capability aligned to the wider business strategy for the future.

The role will also, but not be limited to, collaborate with Senior Leadersand wider business areas on all training matters, assess learning needs and solutions, design and develop learning curriculums, design solutions to build capability, manage the budget and ensure all content is fit for purpose.
