Description

Working for an award winning, ever-evolving business, joining a busy finance team, we are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to support the accounts function of one of our recent business acquisitions.


Duties will include:

  • Processing payments to suppliers accurately
  • Processing invoices, income and receipts, entering data onto Xero
  • Allocating income and expenditure to the correct cost centres
  • Completing VAT returns
  • Regular bank reconciliations
  • Generation of monthly financial statements and business reports
  • Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Supporting with raising and processing sales invoices
  • Chasing unpaid invoices and supporting any debt management
  • Support with wholesale customer management
  • Assist with daytoday operations in the Finance department
  • Support the coordination of information for the annual audit

Skills requiured:

  • Experienced bookkeeper that understands cost centres, allocation and the management of budgets
  • Strong accuracy skills
  • Good Excel spreadsheet skills
  • Knowledge of Xero Preferred
  • Creative within a culture of continuous improvement

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
