About Our Client:
My client is based in Wimbledon and offers a great work culture along with hybrid working.
The key responsibilities for the role of Invoicing Team Member will include:
- Embedding newly designed processes, ensuring all key operational success metrics are in place, tracked and reported in a timely manner
- Understanding of endtoend process flows
- Being able to troubleshoot and resolve queries
- Ensure all key controls are in place and fit for purpose
- Foster strong working relationships with the off shore teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Establish the appropriate communication channels and
- Ensuring transactional finance is delivering on its commitments to front end businesses
The Successful Applicant:
- Strong communication skills
- A strong attention to detail
- Experience of having worked with front end activities such as making bookings/invoicing and managing exception items
- A logical approach to problem solving.
- Appreciation of accounting fundamentals and importance of financial controls.
- Ability to work to deadlines and deliver on commitments.
- Strong customer service approach
- A genuine team player, appreciating the importance of team goals
- Proven ability to multitask
- Good time management
