About the role:

Central to our core service is our Casework team.

We have a committed team of staff that provides advice on housing repair solutions, home maintenance, security, heating, energy efficiency and possible sources of funding.

As a result of some changes within the team we are now looking for an Experienced Caseworker.

The purpose of this role:

To provide a high quality advice and casework service to our clients.
To collate information to inform performance, impact and satisfaction reports.
To promote continuous improvements in the caseworker service and actively engage with the accreditation for the Advice Quality Standard.
