Operational MI Manager

Leeds, hybrid working

Up to £68,000 + Competitive Bonus & Benefits

THE COMPANY

You will be given the opportunity to define the scope of your career, leadingand growing a team of managers and analysts, whilst setting the strategic direction of the Operations function by working collaboratively with different data teams and C-Suite levels to drive change across the company (all brands included).


THE ROLE
This is unique opportunity to join a twofold role within one of the largest challenger banks in the UK.

You'll be heading up the MI development team as well as driving operational effectiveness through your reporting & insight expertise, giving you the leverageto influence a renowned company, and drive change.


Key responsibilities:

  • Build out and further strengthen internal relationships across the business, utilising all datasets across the business to identify trends in business performance to drive insightful business recommendations
  • Enhance the current reporting functionalities, working collaboratively with different teams to provide intelligence reporting and initiatives

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven commercial experience delivering operational MI and BI solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • History managing BI teams using Power BI, SQL, and other data visualisation/data warehousing
  • Ability to leverage large and diverse data sets
