Job Description:


  • JOB PURPOSE: (prime focus and objective of the position)
  • In this role, the Coordinator will:
  • Manage the main calendars and scheduling program specifics for all private funds and fundraising-related prospecting and diligence meetings across multiple asset classes, and for both internal and external stakeholders.-
  • Along with internal stakeholders, coordinate and execute virtual and in-person fundraise roadshows and other prospective investor meetings and group events.-
  • Manage investor meeting logistics including booking rooms, catering, and transportation.-
  • Pro-actively generate monthly and ad-hoc activity reports as needed.
Lead ad-hoc initiatives to improve private fund's operational processes Draft meeting agendas and briefing notes and organize meeting materials. Demonstrate, over time, awareness of fundamental business principles and understanding of overall firm structure and objectives to ensure appropriate decision-making protocols are followed. Available and responsive throughout each event and on-site management of events where necessary. Overtime work will be required, as needed.

  • Ability to balance conflicting priorities to manage workflow and ensure the completion of essential projects.
