You will be taking the lead in day-to-day talent acquisition activities as we grow our global team

  • Own the end to end recruitment cycle for all roles, with a focus on direct hiring (when high volume, roles split with VP People & Talent)
  • Ensure Greenhouse is kept up to date at all times and that Hiring Managers adhere to SLA's to maintain data and reporting accuracy
  • Proactively attend relevent meetups and events to support hiring efforts and collaborate with our Head of DevRel to promote to our Open Source community
  • Partner with VP and People Advisor to bring to life our EVP/ employer brand via social campaigns and drive our commitment to hiring for culture add and diversity, belonging, and inclusion

You will bring to the team...

  • Track record of delivering against recruitment targets in an in house role, with a strong existing network, specifically within tech/ software engineering
  • Proven ability to prioritise and balance workload across multiple roles, ideally within a tech startup
  • Proven ability to use data to make informed decisions and propose changes to optimise progress of live roles
