About you


You will be responsible for helping to deal with external contractors including; Pest Control, Tote Wash and Waste and dealing with onsite service providers.

To also help manage Tote Wash (Fault finding, reporting, testing of chemicals and ordering, Training) and complete micro testing. You will also assist with furniture ordering and installation and managing the Central Stores Team and all associated ordering.

You will also assist the Area Managers with management of all inbound & outbound assets and with management of waste and recycling.

You will coordinate charity Purge collections/donations.

You will also undertake tiered management/personal shopper tasks if the need arises and be able to stand/walk for extended periods and to lift objects weighing up to 30kg (periodically) from the floor to shoulder height.

You will need to wear protective equipment to ensure requisite standards of health and safety are maintained and trained to use Mechanical Handling Equipment.

The Area Coordinator role involves working in environments ranging in temperature from 30 o C to -30 o C.

This role will include travel to other sites from time to time to support the needs of the business and to work shifts, including weekends, in an operational 24/7 environment.
