**About the opportunity
We're looking for a highly motivated Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function at Littlepay.

Reporting to the Global Head of Commercial, you'll be part of a data-driven and results-oriented team where ideas and input are encouraged from all members.


In this role, you'll develop a vision to drive marketing strategy, demand generation, content strategy, event marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, marketing operations, corporate communications, digital marketing, and partner development.


Day to day, you'll:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, generates demand, and supports the sales team in achieving our revenue goals
  • Manage multiple outsourced providers that support our marketing efforts (website, content writing, consultants)
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop the marketing team and develop a longterm plan for team structure and growth
  • Develop a vision and strategic marketing plan to accelerate sales in regions identifying key routes to market and a regionbyregion strategy
  • Own the company's PR, events, social media, web, and content marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and reach
  • Implement a datadriven approach to analyzing, automating, and optimizing a target list of strategic accounts that predictably drives high conversions and pipeline
  • Work closely with partners and the global sales teams to understand client needs and create gotomarket strategies, communication and collateral that reflects Littlepay's key differentiators
  • Liaise with internal team members, agencies, vendors and other Littlepay departments (e.g. sales, operations, legal) as needed
**About you

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Experience with lead generation and being accountable for revenue
  • At least 5 years' experience in building, managing and leading a marketing function with a strong ability to translate and distil technical concepts into propositions suitable for our target market personas
  • A demonstrated track record delivering results against sales and marketing plans
  • Proven success leading the brand messaging & positioning of a technology products and services organization.
  • Experience with building and leading multifaceted teams, with an emphasis on marketing strategy, demand generation, and business development
  • Experience with branding, brand voice and evolution
  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • Experience in a fastpaced startup/scaleup environment, B2B and B2G focus is highly desirable
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work from the ground up
