We are looking to recruit a Procurement Assistant to join our Procurement team to provide a customer centric service to drive the sourcing of value for money products and services to support the delivery of high quality clinical care to our patients.

Your primary role will be to support one of Our Procurement Managers with the Non Clinical Division managing contracts within Estates & Facilities, Capital, IT & Professional Services.

You will have excellent communication and analytical abilities, a keen eye for detail and accurate data entry skills.

It will be important that you have the ability to manage your time effectively and be able to meet set deadlines.

Reporting directly to the Senior Purchasing and Systems Assistant, you will be an integral part of the operational team, supporting the wider Procurement team, and you will have the ability to work on your own initiative when required.

Experience of working within a procurement environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
