**3 month temp role starting as soon as possible

A preeminent Art Gallery based in the heart of Mayfair are looking for a Temporary Assistant to help support in all areas of the business.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for somebody passionate about Art and wanting to work in an administrative remit.

This is an enormously involved and varied role involving:

Managing the gallery space
Liaising with clients and Artists
Organising events and exhibitions
Social media/ website management
Helping to create client portfolios
Project management including marketing campaigns
Financial admin

They are looking for:

A star Ambassador
A selfstarter, upbeat and strong communication skills
Charming, Warm and Client-Facing
Someone who has studied Art at University or has experience within the art world
612 months administrative experience
Someone who takes pride in their appearance
Meticulous attention to detail
Website management, WordPress, MailChimp, Social Media experience is a plus

Although this is a temporary role, there is every opportunity for this role to go permanent for the right person.

It could equally suit someone who could only commit for 3 months e.g. you have a role starting in August
