Management Accountant
FTC (Maternity cover

  • 18 months)

Salary:
£48,£55k per annum plus generous benefits including private health care and year-end bonus

Location:
London, (hybrid working, 2 days in, 3 from home plus flexible working around core hours)

Our client is a global leader in the legal sector and are renown for their work on IP rights including patents, trade marks, and registered designs.

They also prioritise work-life balance and pride themselves on being a diverse and inclusive place to work.
They are looking for a Management Accountant to join their finance department.


Your daily duties will include:


  • Preparation monthly management accounts
  • Assist in preparation of VAT return
  • Approving payments for partner authorisation
  • Assist in the annual audit process
  • Various deposit account reconciliations
  • Balance sheet review and analysis
  • Assist FD in implementing process to regularly review WIP with Fee earners

Your unique skill set includes:


  • Three years management accounts experience.
  • Experience of using accounting software (ideally with some exposure to Sun Accounts).
  • Experience of HMRC online VAT filing
  • Considerable experience within a professional services environment, ideally within the Legal Sector.
