The Account Manager role will complete essential tasks, providing an important link between all stakeholders, ensuring the company delivers an excellent experience and achieves objectives with the main purpose to maintain solid relationships with key accounts.


Client Details


Based in Altrincham, Manchester this client is now looking for a Account Manager to maintain relationships with clients, coordinate between teams involved from start to finish and make sure the whole process in running smoothly.


Description

The responsibilities of the Account Manager will include but not limited to:

  • Work collaboratively across the business to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are clearly understood, communicated and responded to in a timely manner.
  • To work closely with the team to provide strong coordination skills
  • To gain an understanding of the planning schedules to ensure all needs are met
  • Maintaining solid relationships with key accounts

Profile

  • Solid Customer Coordination / Account Management experience
  • Confident maintaining relationships
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills

Job Offer

What the client is offering:


  • Salary on offer is £23,000 starting with a peformance review to £25,000 after probation
  • 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
  • Lots of opportunity for progression and solid training programme
