Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Social and Digital Content Creator to join our team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and writing skills while contributing to our company's success.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness
• Manage and maintain social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, using graphics, videos, and written copy
• Monitor social media trends and stay uptodate with industry best practices
• Influencer content outreach programme and Ambassador programme management
• Budget management
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics. Utilising analytics to improve performance.
• Deliver engaging onsite campaign content to meet brand/customer objectives, through great communication and planning alongside the Marketing and Buying teams.
• Effectively manage set up and post campaign analysis.
• Improve onsite merchandising to maximise customer journeys; work in partnership with Buying on priority products and category areas.
• Test the digital customer journeys regularly, identifying and progressing opportunities to improve the user experience.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Indepth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices
• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of public relations principles is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in SEO, PPC, Google ads, and content management.

Desirable

• Ecommerce Experience
• Shopify experience would be helpful.
• Experience in SEO, PPC, Google ads, and content management.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
