Description
ABAX is now looking for two part-time Insurance Operations Managers to our SmartMobility department.

For a period of three months (2-3 hours/day) you will support the team by managing UK and European insurance partnership operations.

You will be responsible for the daily administrative processes, managing the provisioning, usage and return of telematics devices as well as order processing.

Working from our office in Peterborough is preferred, but WFH is also an option. Office visits will be required for training and collaboration.


Job Responsibilities**- Order processing

  • Outbound Account Management calls to customers
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve challenges or anomalies

Required skills and qualifications

  • Previous customer relationship management, via outbound and inbound telephone experience is necessary
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Fluent in French or Dutch, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience of administration and using CRM and reporting systems
  • Insurance industry related experience is hugely helpful to this role and highly desirable
  • Experience in working to Key Performance metrics and Service Level Agreements
