The Botree luxury hotel is the hottest new opening in London We are bringing together the team to deliver conscious luxury to our discerning guests.

We now have an exciting opportunity available for a
Heart of House Host.

As a Heart of House Host your commitment is to providing a welcoming environment within the Team Hub - the focal point for the team whilst they are taking their breaks in the working day.

It's equipped with a large screen TV, it's where the team take their meals, and is a social space for the team to relax and chat on their breaks.

Your key role involves keeping the area clean, delivery of food in time for breaks, completing food safety management checks in line with the documented food safety system, and supporting the housekeeping team.

Our
Heart of House Host display a pleasant and positive attitude and promote efficiency, courtesy and confidence within the department ensuring all guest requests are carried out in a timely and professional manner.

Salary:
up to £26,000 per annum

What we would like our
Heart of House Host to bring:

Previous, relevant experience in a Luxury hotel.
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
Excellent communication skills, both facetoface and over the telephone.
Good level of written and spoken English
Understanding and sharing our values: Truth, Love and Compassion.
