Responsibilities
- Providing varied administration to the Client Support team, covering a range of pensions and investment support
- Building positive working relationships with clients over the phone
- Dealing with client enquiries swiftly and professionally
- Accurately updating and maintaining the Company CRM system
- Building an awareness of current legislation, regulatory and sales advice processes following FCA procedures
Requirements:
- Previous financial services administration experience or fresh Graduate
- Well spoken, confident and polite telephone manner
- Strong organisation and timekeeping skills
- Must have own transport
