The Role

This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we need an enthusiastic National Accounts Manager to help us continue this success.

As a National Accounts Manager, you will manage day to day and individual customer opportunities through diligent regional sales pipelining and account management, which may include newly acquired accounts.

Working closely with the Head of National Accountsto create and deliver strategic improvements to the overall partners' penetration.

You will be responsible for promotion of high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes to all your designated strategic partners.

In addition, you will be responsible for leading and owning the implementation and onboarding of new strategic partnersthrough to launch.


You will also:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with an agreed set of Regional and key partners
  • Act as the key entry point into the relevant operational team for both the partner and internal Partner Relationship Manager
  • Lead and manage partner operational interactions and meetings
  • Lead and own the implementation and onboarding of newly acquired partner branches through to launch
  • Promote high quality sales, supply and customer service processes to all partners and intermediaries
  • Understand partner's data requirements including the provision of MI packs, produce and provide narrative collating all operational input across products
  • Manage partner's access to digital tools

To be considered as the National Accounts Manager, you will need:

  • To be driven, responsible, accountable, commercially minded, yet intuitive to partner's demands with the ability to identify and close business opportunities while always keeping the ultimate client's needs uppermost in their minds
  • Financial services experience at either an Insurance Broker, Finance Company, within an Insurance Company or Bank
  • Account Management or Sales Support experience is desirable
