For over 25 years Brookson has been supporting the self-employed, contracting and freelance market with high quality accountancy and finance support.


We offer a wide range of accountancy and finance services tailored to the needs of our customers and we are now seeking a Key Account Executive to join our dynamic team.


Hybrid / flexible working


Our Head Office is based in Warrington, we offer the option to work in the office each day if that's your preference, or we have the option for hybrid working which would mean 3 days in the office with the rest remote working.

Our Key Accounts team work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.


The role
Our customers are recruitment agencies who place contractors into new roles. Our Key Account Executives are responsible for developing and strengthening key relationships with recruitment consultants and actively seeking out new business opportunities with them


This is predominantly an outbound calling role as you will be responsible for generating leads, however you will also deal with some inbound queries from existing customers and will also attend the occasional face to face meetings to develop these relationships.

This is a varied role where you'll be ensuring that new and existing clients are aware of our full service portfolio

Our focus as a business is quality over quantity.

Everyone within the sales team contributes towards a team target where shared objectives such as team-work and collaboration are an essential element of this role.


What are we looking for in a Key Account Executive?

  • Previous outbound sales experience preferable
  • Proven experience of developing key, longstanding client relationships
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • A friendly and empathetic telephone manner
  • A positive cando attitude to ensure the customer receives a positive experience
