We are looking for an experienced and passionate Wellbeing Coach to join our team on a full time, 6-month fixed term basis (potential to extend based on business requirement) delivering Health and Wellbeing to the employees of Jaguar Land Rover in Halewood, Liverpool.

The Centre for Wellbeing comprises of the Mind, Body & Life Pillars.
The Wellbeing Coach will work throughout all three pillars delivering health and wellbeing to the people of JLR.


They will be responsible for providing group and individual based health coaching, guidance and education to help the people of JLR achieve their health and wellness goals.


This is a unique opportunity to deliver wellbeing to a global client and support and deliver their new wellbeing strategy, within their brand new state of the art Centres for Wellbeing.

The hours for this role is 37.5 hours a week, between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.


What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct group based coaching sessions with employees to educate and inspire behaviour change
  • Conduct oneonone coaching sessions with employees to identify and achieve their wellness goals
  • Conduct basic health assessments including Resting HR, Blood Pressure, BMI, Waist Circumference, Blood Glucose.
  • Create and implement health initiatives on site for employees to engage
  • Deliver wellbeing at various requested events by JLR
  • Provide guidance and support to employees to make positive lifestyle changes, including nutrition and exercise habits
  • Monitor and track employees' progress towards their goals and adjust plans and strategies as necessary
  • Provide educational resources and materials to employees to enhance their knowledge and understanding of health and wellness
  • Collaborate with other health professionals, such as physicians, therapists, and nutritionists, to ensure comprehensive care for employees
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of employees' progress and provide regular reports to management
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay uptodate on the latest research and trends in health and wellness coaching

£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
