Treasury regulatory compliance.
Creation and maintenance of a
Treasury Risk Register

Treasury and Trading oversight
:

Responsibility for
Treasury and Trading credit limits and exposures

Asset regulatory complianceof Group Treasury.

Management of internal/external audits and improvement of control weaknesses.
Support
Debt Capital Markets (DCM) bond issuance and
Reserve Based Lending facility (RBL)amendments.

Critical Skills / Experience

Strong Commodity industry based
Treasury/Trade Finance experience

Coaching and supporting the development of Treasury Analysts.
Strong understanding of Treasury controls, as well as a broad knowledge of Banking and Treasury payments. processes.
Experience of having used a
Treasury Management System would be an advantage.
