Seamark Plc is one of the leading privately-owned frozen seafood manufactures in UK & Europe with its head office based in Manchester.

The Seamark Group of Companies is an international operation that specialises in processing, distributing and exporting a wide variety of frozen seafood in UK and Europe to food services, cash and carry and supermarkets.

For continuing growth, Seamark is seeking a customer focused, organised and autonomous Sales and Logistics Administrator to join its team on a permanent basis to support the smooth running of a busy department.

Roles & Responsibilities:_

  • Responsible for supporting all supply chain procedures, from following up customer requirements, placing orders, coordinating deliveries to managing transport documentation.
  • To be successful in this role, you should be wellorganised, proactive and have a strong understanding of the order fulfilment cycle.
  • Maintain efficient administration and customer service skills both verbally and nonverbally in a good manner with your team and customers
  • Managing activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
  • Processing paperwork accurately and maintaining the company database
  • Building and maintaining good relationship with internal employees and customers
  • Providing full administrative support when and where required

  • Able to work in a high paced environment, working conscientiously and proficiently
  • Be selfmotivated able to use own initiative to manage a varied workload and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with individuals at all organisational levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skillspersuasive, empathetic, able to handle conflict and pressure
  • Great organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Have attention to detail whilst at the same time having a flexible approach
  • Showcase a high level of productivity and tenacity with a cando attitude
  • Competent at Microsoft packages and ideally Sage
