Leading luxury goods manufacturers, based W1 and W6, is seeking an experienced After Sales Executive to liaise with their clients. Looking for someone with fantastic customer service skills that can assist their clients when they are looking to bookin products for servicing and repairs. Great working environment and a friendly, supportive team.
Full time Monday - Friday and starting ASAP
Office based role in the organisation's two locations: Hammersmith, London W6, and Central London/Mayfair, London W1. Work split between these two locations so you must be able to travel to either.
Salary:
£35,000- 38,000
Skills required:
- Highly proficient in Excel and Word, proficient in Outlook.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Any previous knowledge of SAGE and/or SalesForce would be useful but not essential as training will be provided
Main duties of the role:
- Meeting clients (often VIPS/HNWIs) at either location when items are booked in or collected
- Raising cases and opportunities in SalesForce for all items that are booked in for service and repair
- Tracking and managing cases in SalesForce
- Manage specialist customer enquiries, provide advice and assessment reports
- Communicating with Head of Aftersales to understand repairs and repair results
- Communicating repairs and service work to clients
- Creating estimates/quotes to send to clients, calculating costs of repair work (training provided)
- Sending updates of work to clients throughout repair process
- Communicating with accounts to raise invoices and send to customers
- Tracking all warranty work
- Raising Works Orders in SAGE
- Monthly reporting on all Sales and After Sales statistics
- Updating all Service & Repair databases in Excel and track and manage data
- Working with warehouse to return items to customer if they are unable to collect
- Assist with storage invoices
