Role overview:

In this role as an operations technician, you will be working in the data inspection team.

You will be responsible for entering, collecting and the collation of data relating to safety, quality, performance, and delivery of operational works.

You will alsocheck the accuracy of asset inventory data, carry out admin duties relating to updating systems and support the operations team.

In terms of the contract itself


Key Information:


  • Location: Southwark (5 days a week in office
  • Hourly rate: £20.90 PAYE
Contract Duration: 3 months (will be extended)

  • Start Date: February

Experience:


  • Experience of working in an operational team, processing data and work orders in a timely manner and to the highest standard
  • Experience of using asset management systems (Confirm system experience is highly desirable)
  • Experience of updating and checking asset inventory data, checking and storing documents, and raising works instructions
  • Experience of customer service and working with suppliers to deliver a maintenance service.
  • Knowledge of road transport assets, particularly bus stops and shelters
