Description

A respected law firm in Surrey is hiring a specialist private client solicitor to manage a tax and trust focused caseload.

The firm is respected by the legal directories and many staff come from well-reputed firms in the city and the local area.

The team you will join is made up of close to 10 staff which is an equal split of solicitors to admin support staff.

You will report to the private client partner.

You will be a specialist in tax advice and trust work, advising the wider team on queries as well as having a specialist workload focusing on these types of matters.


However, you will also be working on:

  • Wills
  • Probate
  • LPAs

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

  • Have 7+ years of PQE as a solicitor
  • Be local to the area (40minute commute or less)
  • Have at least 7 years of experience managing a caseload of private client tax and trust matters in a UK law firm
