Cirencester head office 2 days per week and 3 days remote

We have a fantastic 12-month opportunity for a dedicated and capable Coordinator to join our Business Improvement Team in the Technical Connection Division with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.


Working within the Vulnerability & Client Assistance Team, you will provide administrative support to our Vulnerable Client Consultant, Partnership and wider Business to help drive education and awareness of clients in vulnerable circumstances - a key Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) initiative.


Who We Are Looking For
Someone with a passion for providing the highest levels of support and delivering exceptional service. Excellent attention to detail and written English and verbal skills.

Organised and supportive with an empathetic nature, who has excellent relationship-building skills and understands the importance of discretion and diplomacy.


Responsibilities:


  • Create and update content on our Vulnerability hub, helping Partners to selfservice their vulnerability questions and ensure they have access to the right support.
  • Organise and advertise monthly Masterclasses virtual learning for the Partnership with industry and internal experts.
  • Organise and advertise podcasts, using both the Resilience in a Changing World and any other relevant series.
  • Assist in creating our Vulnerability Newsletter sharing information with our internal audiences, including the Partnership.
  • Answer straightforward queries on vulnerability, escalating where appropriate.
  • Provide training sessions on the fundamentals of vulnerability these may be facetoface or virtual.
  • Support in creating data packs for use around the business.

Requirements:

While no formal qualifications are required for this role, knowledge or experience in the below will hold an advantage:

  • Working with Vulnerable Clients
  • Exposure to Working Groups and/or Committees
  • Financial Services
