NEW Project -
Children's homes and school

I am looking for a CIW Children's Home Responsible Individual to join a established Residential Childcare organisation. You will join them at an exciting time and be pivotal with them embarking on their new project of development of new children's residential services and education in North Wales.

Their first children's home in Colwyn Bay is ready to open with the home manager just started.

Starting salary from £50,000 per annum only overseeing one home initially for approx 12 months until their first home is settled and have a good working team. Your salary will increase with further development of children's residential services and a school (already in process) to £70,000 per annum.

  • Starting from £50,000 per annum negotiable plus bonus for overseeing one home increasing salary with your career development along with project development of further children's homes and a school.

Requirements for the Role:

-
Essential recent experience working either as a Responsible Individual or as a Children's Home Manager in a CIW regulated Children's residential service/residential school.

  • Possess an excellent understanding of the CIW regulations and framework in association with children's residential services.
  • Completed Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent qualification).
