We currently have an amazing opportunity to work alongside our friendly sales team as a
Customer Sales Advisor based
at our modern, office in Aperture, Pynes Hill,
Exeter.

Joining us on a Full time, permanent basis working 35 hours per week, you will receive a competitive salary of
£24,599.30 per annum with OTE of £4,800 per annum (pro rata) plus company performance bonus.


Hours:
Monday-Saturday 9 am-5pm or 10am-6pm ( Potential Saturday 9 am-5pm and 8am

About our Customer Sales Advisor role:

We are looking to recruit people to join us in our ambition for growth, and to help people live happy, independent lives with our life saving services.

As part of the AXA Group, Taking Care provides around the clock support to almost 100,000 people.

You will effectively process and convert incoming/outgoing
warm sales leads through all channels and taking payments as required.


No hard selling is involved; it is very much about matching the needs of the customer and identifying opportunities for other products and/or services.

You will be selling our products to vulnerable clients which are best suited for them and their personal needs.

It would be desirable for the you to have experience of working with vulnerable customers and or experience of medical terms and conditions.

You will need the ability to show empathy and patience towards our customers with an open, friendly attitude.


What does a day in the life of our Customer Sales Advisor look like?


No day is the same and we need someone to join us who can be flexible and adapt to changing situations with the ability to multi-task effectively.

To give you an idea a typical day will include:


  • Pro actively and efficiently call handling in line with business needs
  • Achieving personal and performance targets
  • Achieving 'Excellent' Call quality
  • Processing payments from customers
  • Order collateral as required for prospective clients and following up as per KPIs
  • Completing all preagreed follow up calls
  • Completing administrative tasks
  • Carrying out additional or following up outbound calling as required
  • Maintaining good working knowledge of products and key benefits to ensure customer choice and needs are considered during sale
  • Identifying and maximising opportunities
  • Using emotional intelligence to address concerns by customers to keep them engaged in the sales process
  • Maintaining and developing own competencies and skills by using our Learning Management System (LMS)

Development and Training our people is really important to us, however our Customer Sales Advisor will need to have the following skills and experience to be able to perform the role:


Education:


  • Educated to GCSE level

Experience:


  • Having experience of a telephone/conversational selling style and having worked in a call centre environment for 1+ years are essential to this role
  • B2C and conversational selling experience
  • Excellent sales/conversion rate
  • Working as a team to achieve goals
  • Targets/KPI's
  • Call quality assessments
  • Addressing Concerns to drive sales
  • Telephone/conversational selling
  • Microsoft Office Packages

Interview Process:

The interview process will be in two stages - the first will be a telephone/Microsoft Teams interview, followed by a face to face or Microsoft Teams interview.

Comprehensive training will be provided during the first three weeks.
